These phones have Android OS, but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has 8.0 Oreo version and Motorola Edge 30 has Android 12.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a very superior processing power than Motorola Edge 30, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a brighter screen than Motorola Edge 30, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a higher pixel number per inch of screen.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro's memory capacity to install games and applications is very similar to the Motorola Edge 30 one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Motorola Edge 30 one, although the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a 0 percent smaller battery capacity.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro and Motorola Edge 30 both count with extremely similar cameras, although the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a way lower 12 MP resolution camera in the back and a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs or videos in low light situations.
