Galaxy XCover 5 has a global score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 30's overall score of 72.6. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover 5 has the older 11 version while Motorola Edge 30 has Android 12 version. Even being the best phone in this comparison review, Galaxy XCover 5's construction is older, extremely thicker and just a little bit heavier than Motorola Edge 30.

Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a really superior processing power than Motorola Edge 30, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy XCover 5 has a display that is very similar to the Motorola Edge 30 one, although the Galaxy XCover 5 has a little bit smaller screen, a little worse screen density and a lot lower resolution of 720 x 1480 pixels.

The Motorola Edge 30 features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Motorola Edge 30 also has a lot more megapixels back facing camera. The Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a much greater storage for apps and games than Motorola Edge 30, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.

The Motorola Edge 30 counts with longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 34 percent greater battery size.
