Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with an 82.1 score against 77. Despite being the best cellphone we compare here, it must be noted that it is also an older, somewhat heavier and thicker cellphone. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G has 12 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version.
