The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has a score of 79.9, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo's 77 global score. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has a newer 14 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version, giving a couple nice extra features and increased performance. Even being the best cellphone we are comparing, it must be noted that it's also somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have a same size screen, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has more brightness, a bit greater display density and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400. Samsung Galaxy A25 5G counts with a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have a back camera with a 50 megapixels, a F1.8 camera aperture, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a way larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality.

Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Motorola Edge 40 Neo one.
