The Galaxy S5 Plus is an extremely older and just a bit thicker cellphone than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, but Samsung was able to build it lighter anyway.

Galaxy S5 Plus features a little sharper screen than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a much greater memory for apps and games than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage.

Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a much more powerful processor than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and less cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processor. Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a lot more MP back facing camera, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking much higher quality photos and videos and a larger camera aperture.
