The Sony Xperia 10 III is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with an 83.7 score against 77. The Sony Xperia 10 III design is just a little bit lighter than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it's a bit thicker and was released 2 years before. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia 10 III has an older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a slightly better display than Xperia 10 III, because although it has a quite worse screen density and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a bit larger display. The Xperia 10 III has a much better performance than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo shoots a lot better photos and videos than Xperia 10 III, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a way bigger sensor and a way more megapixels back-facing camera.

The Sony Xperia 10 III has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Sony Xperia 10 III also has an external memory slot that admits up to 1 TB. Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Xperia 10 III, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
