The Asus ROG Phone 5s is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, with an 84.9 score against 83.4. Despite being the best phone in this review, we must highlight that it is also an older, heavier and somewhat thicker phone. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 5s has 12 version while Motorola Edge 40 Pro has Android 13.
Asus ROG Phone 5s features a little bit better looking display than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, and although they both have a higher quantity of pixels per screen inch, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has a bit higher 1080 x 2448px resolution, a little brighter display and a little larger display. Asus ROG Phone 5s has a really superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s counts with a camera that's just as good as Motorola Edge 40 Pro's camera, because although the Asus ROG Phone 5s has a smaller back-facing camera sensor which provides a lower image and video quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same video quality and a F1.8 aperture, it also counts with a much higher 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5s, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 5s has greater battery performance than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.
