Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro is slightly better than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), getting an 83.4 score against 76.5. Motorola Edge 40 Pro's design is a lot newer than Huawei P20 Lite (2019)'s, but it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones come with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has the previous 13 version while Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a bit sharper display than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a quite worse pixels amount in each display inch, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bit bigger display. Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a much powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because it has a 15 percent more battery size. Motorola Edge 40 Pro captures way better pictures and videos than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a lot better video resolution and a camera in the back with a much higher 50 MP resolution.
