The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has an overall score of 83.4, which is just a bit better than the LG Q70's 77.9 score. Motorola Edge 40 Pro's body is newer, but a bit heavier and just a bit thicker than LG Q70. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has newer 13 version while LG Q70 has Android 10, so it provides lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a bit better looking screen than LG Q70, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a little larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px. The LG Q70 features a way better hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
LG Q70 counts with more memory capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a little better battery performance than LG Q70, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a way better camera than LG Q70, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels, a much larger sensor and a lot better video resolution.
