Comparison review
Motorola Edge 40 Pro has a general score of 83.4, which is just a bit better than the LG Q8's global score of 77.2. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro construction is much newer, but way heavier and just a little bit thicker than LG Q8. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Motorola Edge 40 Pro has 13 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The LG Q8 features a very superior processor than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has lesser CPU cores and less RAM. LG Q8 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has a way smaller screen and much lower brightness, it also counts with a higher screen pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG Q8, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro shoots way better videos and photos than LG Q8, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a much bigger camera sensor taking much higher quality photos and videos, a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a much higher 50 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a much better battery life than LG Q8, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
