Comparison review

Motorola Edge 40 Pro is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G 5G, getting an 83.4 score against 81.5. Motorola Edge 40 Pro's construction is much newer, just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the Motorola Moto G 5G. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has newer 13 version while Motorola Moto G 5G has Android 10.

Moto G 5G features a lot better performance than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with just a bit better looking screen than Moto G 5G. Both have a same size screen, a greater amount of pixels per inch in the display and exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400.

Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a little bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Moto G 5G, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola Moto G 5G has a bit superior battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because it has a 9 percent larger battery capacity.

The Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a much better camera than Motorola Moto G 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and videos in low light situations, it also counts with a back camera with more mega pixels and a way higher 7680x4320 video definition.
