Motorola Edge 40 Pro is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G51 5G, having a global score of 83.4 against 77.8. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has the newer 13 version and Motorola Moto G51 5G has Android 11, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features. Motorola Edge 40 Pro's construction is newer, just a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than Motorola Moto G51 5G.

The Moto G51 5G features a much faster processor than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has a bit sharper screen than Motorola Moto G51 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also counts with a little higher pixel density.

Motorola Edge 40 Pro features more memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto G51 5G, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Moto G51 5G counts with a bit better battery duration than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a better camera than Motorola Moto G51 5G, and although they both have a same size camera aperture and a back facing camera with a 50 MP resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a much higher 7680x4320 video quality.
