The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has a global score of 83.4, which is much better than the Motorola Moto Z Force's 75.8 overall score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has 13 version while Motorola Moto Z Force has Android 7.0 Nougat. Motorola Edge 40 Pro's construction is notably newer than Motorola Moto Z Force's, but it is thicker and heavier.

The Moto Z Force features a much better performance than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has an inferior number of cores and 8 GB lesser RAM memory.
