The Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a very superior processing power than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a larger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The Moto Z2 Play features a bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a much better battery life than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 53% more battery size.
