Motorola Edge 40 Pro is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S25, getting a score of 83.4 against 82.6. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S25 has Android 14. The Galaxy S25's processing unit is very similar to Motorola Edge 40 Pro's processor, and although the Galaxy S25 has lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores.
The Galaxy S25 counts with a much better looking display than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a way brighter screen and a just a bit higher screen density. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S25, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro features just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy S25, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 7680x4320 video definition, the same resolution back facing camera and a same size aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a bigger sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos.
