The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has a general score of 83.4, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's overall score of 78.1. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has the previous 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version. Although the Motorola Edge 40 Pro is extremely newer than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, it is just a bit thicker and a lot heavier.
