Comparison review
Huawei P20 Pro has a global score of 81.4, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 global score. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, the Huawei P20 Pro is a older, a bit thicker and a bit heavier cellphone than the Motorola Edge 40. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 Pro has an older 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.
Motorola Edge 40 features a bit sharper display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a just a little worse count of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a little higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit bigger screen. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a much better performing CPU than Motorola Edge 40, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
Huawei P20 Pro has as much memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Motorola Edge 40 one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola Edge 40 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Motorola Edge 40 features a little bit better camera than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a larger camera sensor taking better quality photographs, a lot larger camera aperture to take better photos and video in low light situations and a more mega-pixels back facing camera.
