Comparison review

The Motorola Edge 40 is a bit better than LG G5, having a general score of 77.2 against 76.1. Motorola Edge 40's design is notably newer, but a little thicker and a bit heavier than the LG G5. These devices have Android OS, but Motorola Edge 40 has an older 13 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo.

The LG G5 has a much greater hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40, although it has an inferior number of cores and 4 GB lesser RAM memory. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with just a bit better screen than LG G5, because although it has a lot lower count of pixels per inch of screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a bigger display.

The Motorola Edge 40 features a very superior battery performance than LG G5, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity.
