Comparison review
LG G7 ThinQ is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40, getting a score of 81 against 77.2. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but the LG G7 ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13, so it gives a couple additional features and improved performance. Despite of the fact LG G7 ThinQ is way older and a bit thicker than Motorola Edge 40, it's design is still a little lighter.
LG G7 ThinQ has a little sharper screen than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a little darker screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution. LG G7 ThinQ has a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG G7 ThinQ has a much better performing processing unit than Motorola Edge 40, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Motorola Edge 40 takes much better pictures and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a bigger camera aperture, a much larger sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality and a back facing camera with much more MP.
Motorola Edge 40 features a superior battery duration than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
