Motorola Edge (2024) is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 40, getting a general score of 78.5 against 77.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Edge (2024) has the newer 14 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version. Even though Motorola Edge (2024) is newer than the Motorola Edge 40, it's just a bit heavier and a bit thicker.
