The Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is much better than the Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 score. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13. Galaxy Fold is an extremely older and a lot heavier cellphone than the Motorola Edge 40, but Samsung made it just a little thinner anyway.
The Motorola Edge 40 features a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixel density. Galaxy Fold's battery lifetime is very similar to the battery performance in Motorola Edge 40, although the Galaxy Fold has 4380mAh of battery capacity instead of 4400mAh.
The Motorola Edge 40 has a superior camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a larger aperture, a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor.
