The Samsung Galaxy M13 is slightly better than Motorola Edge 40, with a general score of 81.1 against 77.2. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy M13, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 50 mega-pixels resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a much bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and video. The Motorola Edge 40 has a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy M13, because it has 64 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy M13 counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 40, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
