Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 40's overall score of 77.2. These phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13. Although it's the best we are comparing, we must note that it's also notably older, just a little heavier and a little bit thicker.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a bit sharper screen than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a better screen density. Galaxy Note 4 has a much more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional GPU.

The Motorola Edge 40 captures much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a back camera with a much higher 50 MP resolution and a way larger aperture to capture better low light captures.

The Motorola Edge 40 features a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Motorola Edge 40 features a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity.
