Comparison review

The Galaxy S10 is much better than Motorola Edge 40, getting a general score of 88.3 against 77.2. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S10 has an older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version. The Galaxy S10 design is a little lighter than Motorola Edge 40, but it is just a little thicker and was released many years before.

The Galaxy S10 and Motorola Edge 40 have really similar screens, because although the Galaxy S10 has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels and a greater count of pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy S10 has a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S10 features a much better performance than Motorola Edge 40. Both have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount. The Motorola Edge 40 features improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S10, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy S10, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much better resolution camera and a larger camera aperture.
