The Galaxy S10 Lite has a global score of 89.7, which is much better than the Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 global score. Even though the Galaxy S10 Lite is a better phone than Motorola Edge 40, we must note that it is also older, just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. The Motorola Edge 40 features a bit sharper display than Galaxy S10 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a little greater screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite counts with a much better performing processing unit than Motorola Edge 40. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Galaxy S10 Lite takes clearer pictures and videos than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality, a back facing camera with a lower resolution, a way smaller camera aperture and a way smaller back-facing camera sensor taking less light and washed colors.
