Galaxy XCover FieldPro has an overall score of 80.1, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 40's global score of 77.2. These devices have Android OS, but Galaxy XCover FieldPro has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13. Even being the best in this review, we must note that it is also a notably older, much thicker and way heavier cellphone.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a much more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 40, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a display that is just as good as the Motorola Edge 40 one, because although the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola Edge 40 features a much better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has a much bigger sensor taking lot better quality photos, a bigger camera aperture, a back facing camera with a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a bit superior battery performance than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
