Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is better than the Motorola Edge 40, with a global score of 90.6 against 77.2. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is an older and heavier cellphone than Motorola Edge 40, but Samsung managed to make it somewhat thinner anyway. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the previous 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13.
Motorola Edge 40 counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels amount per inch of display. Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a way better processing power than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Motorola Edge 40 features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, because it has a way bigger camera aperture to take better images and video in low light situations and a back camera with a much higher resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3's battery lifetime is just as good as the Motorola Edge 40 one.
