Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is way better than Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 global score. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Xperia 1 III is an older, heavier and a bit thicker phone than the Motorola Edge 40. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 III has older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13.
Sony Xperia 1 III has a much greater hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
