Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 40, getting a overall score of 78.7 against 77.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has the previous 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro is a much older, much heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than Motorola Edge 40.
The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro features a way better performance than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Motorola Edge 40 counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a bit greater pixel density.
The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a better storage capacity for applications and games than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB. Motorola Edge 40 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a back camera with more MP and a lot larger aperture for better low-light images and video.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro counts with a bit superior battery performance than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
