Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40, having a general score of 81.1 against 77.2. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the previous 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, we must tell that it is also way older, thicker and extremely heavier.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features an extremely better processor than Motorola Edge 40, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Edge 40 counts with a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a quite better screen density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a better storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has just a bit better battery life than Motorola Edge 40, because it has a 5020mAh battery size instead of 4400mAh.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a much smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting pictures or videos in low light situations and a smaller back camera sensor capturing worse quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a back camera with a much better 64 mega pixels resolution.
