Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is a bit better than Motorola Edge 50 Neo's global score of 81.9. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Galaxy A42 has the older 11 version while Motorola Edge 50 Neo has Android 14 version. Even being the best in this review, Galaxy A42's construction is extremely older, heavier and a little bit thicker than Motorola Edge 50 Neo.
Galaxy A42 counts with a much better processing power than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Motorola Edge 50 Neo has an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 1256 x 2760 pixels resolution and a way greater pixel amount per display inch.

The Galaxy A42 counts with a greater memory for applications and games than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 1000 GB.
