Galaxy A51 has a score of 85.5, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 50 Neo's 81.9 score. Galaxy A51 is a much older and just a little bit heavier phone than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, but Samsung could make it just a little thinner anyway. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy A51 has older 11 version and Motorola Edge 50 Neo has Android 14 version.

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo features an incredibly better display than Galaxy A51, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1256 x 2760 pixels and a little bit more pixels per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with a slightly better storage to store more games and applications than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

Galaxy A51 has a really superior processing power than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
