Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is much better than Motorola Edge 50 Neo's general score of 81.9. Xperia 5 III is a just a little lighter cellphone than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, but they have the same thickness. These phones use Android OS, but the Xperia 5 III has the older 11 version while Motorola Edge 50 Neo has Android 14.

Xperia 5 III features a much faster processing unit than Motorola Edge 50 Neo. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount. Motorola Edge 50 Neo counts with a lot better display than Xperia 5 III, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1256 x 2760px, a bit more pixels per display inch and a quite larger screen.
