The Motorola Edge 50 Neo construction is noticeably newer and somewhat lighter than ZTE Axon 20's, although it is also just a little thicker. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 50 Neo has the newer 14 version and ZTE Axon 20 has Android 10 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and improved performance.

ZTE Axon 20 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because although it has a smaller sensor taking worse quality videos and pictures and a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the ZTE Axon 20 also counts with a much more MP camera and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo features just a little better battery lifetime than ZTE Axon 20, because it has a 2 percent greater battery capacity.
