The Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a global score of 86.3, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Note5's score of 80.2. Even though the Motorola Edge 50 Pro is a lot newer than the Galaxy Note5, it is just a bit thicker and just a bit heavier. Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit lower pixels amount per display inch, it also counts with a bigger display.

The Galaxy Note5 has a very superior performance than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Motorola Edge 50 Pro shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro also has a way bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited environments, a much more mega pixels back-facing camera and a way larger back camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with much more storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has 512 GB internal storage. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
