Comparison review

The Xperia PRO-I is better than the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, having a 96.3 score against 86.3. Despite being the best device in this comparison, we must highlight that it's also noticeably older, a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Xperia PRO-I has the previous 11 version and Motorola Edge 50 Pro has Android 14.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Xperia PRO-I, because although it has a way lower pixels density and a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a little larger display. Xperia PRO-I features a very superior storage for apps and games than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xperia PRO-I also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB.

The Xperia PRO-I has an extremely better CPU than Motorola Edge 50 Pro. They have 12 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Sony Xperia PRO-I has a battery life that is very similar to the battery performance in Motorola Edge 50 Pro. Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a superior camera than Xperia PRO-I, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro also counts with a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low-light situations, a way more MP camera and a lot larger sensor.
