Comparison review
Motorola Edge 50 Pro has an overall score of 86.3, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4's 84.3 general score. Both devices in this review have the same Android 14 OS (operating system). The Motorola Edge 50 Pro body is lighter but noticeably thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4, and both of them were only released 3 months apart.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 features a bit sharper display than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because it has a larger screen, a just a little more pixels per screen inch, more display brightness and a way higher resolution of 2224 x 2488px. Motorola Edge 50 Pro and Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 have very similar processing units, both of them have a 12 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4, because it has 256 GB more internal memory. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light images and video, and they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because it has a 5100mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
