Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has a global score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy F23's 84.6 score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has the newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy F23 has Android 12 version.
