The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design is much better than Motorola Edge 60 Pro, with an 82.7 score against 73.4. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola Edge 60 Pro has Android 15 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features and improved performance.
