The Motorola Moto Z Force is a bit better than Motorola Edge 60, having a global score of 75.8 against 72.5. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto Z Force has a newer 7.0 Nougat version and Motorola Edge 60 has Android 15, so it provides you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
