Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the Motorola Edge 60's global score of 72.5. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy Fold has 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Edge 60 has Android 15, providing you some additional features. The Galaxy Fold has a much more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 60, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM.
