Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is much better than the Motorola Edge 60's score of 72.5. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 1 III has 11 version and Motorola Edge 60 has Android 15. Xperia 1 III features a much greater performance than Motorola Edge 60, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Xperia 1 III features a much sharper screen than Motorola Edge 60, although it has a little smaller display. The Motorola Edge 60 has just a bit better camera than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same video resolution, the Motorola Edge 60 also counts with a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a camera with a way higher 50 MP resolution.

Xperia 1 III counts with a very superior storage for apps and games than Motorola Edge 60, and although they both have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia 1 III also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1 TB. The Motorola Edge 60 has longer battery duration than Sony Xperia 1 III, because it has 5200mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
