Motorola edge has an overall score of 89.6, which is a bit better than Huawei P30's score of 81.7. Both phones in this review use the same Android 10 operating system. Even though Motorola edge is newer than the Huawei P30, it is heavier and thicker. Huawei P30 has a slightly better looking screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Huawei P30 also counts with a little bit greater count of pixels per inch of display.
Huawei P30 features just a bit better processing power than Motorola edge. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Motorola edge counts with a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P30, because it has more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Motorola edge counts with longer battery lifetime than Huawei P30, because it has a 23 percent more battery capacity. The Motorola edge captures just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P30, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same back camera sensor size, a same size camera aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola edge also has a camera in the back with a way higher resolution.
The Motorola edge costs a bit more than Huawei P30, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
