Motorola edge has an overall score of 89.6, which is better than the LG Q70's general score of 77.9. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Motorola edge's design is just a bit lighter but somewhat thicker than the LG Q70, and both of them were released only 0 months apart.
LG Q70 has a display that is very similar to Motorola edge's screen, because although the LG Q70 has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2310 pixels, it also counts with a quite better pixels quantity per display inch.
