Comparison review
The Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is just a bit better than LG Velvet's 87.1 global score. The Motorola edge is an a little heavier and thicker cellphone than LG Velvet. The LG Velvet has a bit better screen than Motorola edge, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, a little bit bigger display and a little better pixel density.
Motorola edge has a slightly better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG Velvet, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. The LG Velvet has a processor that is just as good as the Motorola edge one, both of them have a Octa-Core processor and 6 GB of RAM memory.
Motorola edge captures clearer videos and photos than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same video quality and the same aperture, the Motorola edge also has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality and a camera in the back with lot more MP. Motorola edge features a bit longer battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Motorola edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Velvet. If you prefer to save some money, you can get LG Velvet, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
