The Motorola edge is better than the OnePlus 8 UW, with a global score of 89.6 against 75.9. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, the Motorola edge design is a little heavier and somewhat thicker than OnePlus 8 UW. Both devices in this review use the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect.

The OnePlus 8 UW features a much better screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel quantity per screen inch and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The OnePlus 8 UW has just a bit better processing power than Motorola edge, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 UW also has more RAM.

The Motorola edge counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB more internal storage capacity. The Motorola edge takes slightly better videos and photos than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has slower video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Motorola edge also counts with a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way higher 64 MP resolution back camera.

Motorola edge counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has a 5% larger battery size.

The Motorola edge not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other phones.
