Comparison review

The Galaxy Fold is just a bit better than Motorola edge, having a 97.6 score against 89.6. These phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola edge has Android 10, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and a performance increase. Galaxy Fold's design is heavier but extremely thinner than the Motorola edge, and both of them were released only a few months apart.

Galaxy Fold counts with a display that is just as good as the Motorola edge one, because although the Galaxy Fold has a little bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1536 x 2152 pixels resolution and a bit bigger screen. The Motorola edge features just a bit more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has only 256 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB.

Galaxy Fold counts with a little faster CPU than Motorola edge, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Motorola edge features a better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola edge also counts with a back-facing camera with a much better resolution and a lot larger camera sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality.

Motorola edge has a little better battery duration than Galaxy Fold, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4380mAh.

Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola edge, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola edge. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Fold, else you can save some dollars and get the Motorola edge, letting go a couple features and specs.
