The Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is a bit better than Galaxy Note8's 83 score. Even though Motorola edge is a little thicker than the Galaxy Note8, it's a little bit lighter and also a lot newer. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Motorola edge has an older 10 version and Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a little more vivid display than Motorola edge, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution.
