Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a bit better than Motorola edge, getting a 98 score against 89.6. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Motorola edge were released only a couple of months apart, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is somewhat heavier but a bit thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version and Motorola edge has Android 10 version.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a bit better performance than Motorola edge, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little more vivid display than Motorola edge, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a quite bigger display.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better camera than Motorola edge, because although it has a tinier sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality, and they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera in the back with a way higher resolution.
Motorola edge features a much bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB, the Motorola edge also has 128 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit better battery duration than Motorola edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola edge, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola edge. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Motorola edge, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
