Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola edge, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola edge. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S21 Ultra, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola edge, letting go a couple features and specs.
